User Eligibility

Only one account is permitted per person. The use of multiple accounts to manipulate predictions or bonuses is strictly prohibited and will lead to an immediate ban.
Prediction Rules and Results
1. Final Results: All prediction outcomes are based on official data and results. Once a result is confirmed by Dattios, it is considered final and binding.
2.Cancellations: Dattios reserves the right to cancel or void any prediction market in the event of technical errors, postponement of events, or suspected manipulation. In such cases, the involved amounts will be returned to the users' balances.
Deposits and Withdrawals
1.Account Balance: Funds deposited are for the sole purpose of participating in prediction markets within the platform.
2.Withdrawal Verification: We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals to ensure the safety of our community and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
3.Processing Times: While we aim for speed, withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the chosen method and security checks.
Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
Use automated scripts, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place predictions.
Exploit technical bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
Engage in any form of money laundering or fraudulent financial activity.
Share or sell access to their user account.
Limitation of Liability
Dattios is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from prediction participation, internet connection failures, or any temporary unavailability of the service. Users participate at their own risk.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, without prior notice, if these terms are violated or if suspicious activity is detected. Remaining balances may be forfeited if the account is found to be involved in fraudulent activities.
